His attitude towards life is as dark as his oil products. The former Black Ops team leader once went dark on an overseas mission and was the only one to return to base alive. No one knows the true story of what happened to his team since their bodies were never found. It is rumored that he “took care of them” in order to make one of the largest oil deals in history.
The Eagle has his own team of spies located in various countries around the world. In fact, he’s one of the only two members of The Foundation who trains his own spies.
Finally, the Eagle is said to be one of the longest member of The Foundation and has direct dealings with the Big Boss on a daily basis. Some even say he’s his right hand man.

His “tell-it-like-it-is” attitude has caused many men to take action against him, but with someone as pugnacious as The Arrow, his taunting is deliberate in order to cause a sure-fire confrontation.
Even though he’s in the spotlight for the military, his affiliation with The Foundation has never been proven. Never has there been a picture, video, or personal eyesight (which has lived to see daylight) that has witnessed his affiliation with the Big Boss.
It is said that he’s in conversation with the Big Boss on a daily basis, but getting past top military encryption to prove such claims is damn near impossible.
The Arrow is constantly in recruiting mode but has his minion initiate all of the legwork.

We do know that she is very loyal to “The Gryphon”, or the Big Boss. It is said that she’s had people wiped off the face of the earth just to looking at him with cutting eyes.
Men of great power and stature have fallen in love with her shape and beauty from afar and when close, have cringed after looking into her eyes and feeling her evil energy.
If you look up “abuse of power” in the dictionary, you’d definitely see Miss Andry’s picture.
